HELP SUPPORT THE STORY!
Help!
Phantasia comes to you free of charge, as you might have already noticed, but sadly it isn’t so free to me: time, money and sleepless nights are just a few of things I have to plough into this malarkey to bring you new chapters and other fun stuff each and every week!
Has my writing entertained you? Have you made it a date to check back every week? Would you like to show your appreciation? If you’ve answered YES! to any of those questions, then here’s some options for you to consider…
Monetary Support
Phantasia is crowd-funded, which means I rely on the generous goodwill of you people out there to help support the running and maintenance of this thing. Even the solitary dollar has the power to make a difference!
Stuff you can do for free!
- Tell your friends
- Join the Facebook Group
- Link to the site on Facebook, Twitter or other such social networking hijinks
- Vote at TopWebFiction
- Write a review or give a rating at WebFiction Guide or Muse’s Success
Is that all…?
For now. I’m working away on some other features that might pique your curiosity: WATCH THIS SPACE!

I can appreciate not wanting to ask for donations on account of it feeling awkward. I felt the same way.
And then I read this:

Just thought i’d pass it along.
Thanks
(I’ve just got to convince myself now!)
The information for actually donating seems to be missing… it doesn’t send me to to the donation page, but just to the general paypal login.
Looking at my own paypal donate button, the code should include a couple of HTML input elements of type=”hidden”, of which one, name=”encrypted”, contains your unique ID for paypal. Your button has nothing but a link to paypal… but no information to where I could donate so the money gets to you.
Normally you can make your button by logging into paypal, going to “Merchant services”, then to “Website Payments Standard”, and clicking the option to create a donation button.
Looks like the WHOLE PAGE needed updating. IT WAS STILL CODED IN TABLES?
Should be working now, anyway. Thanks for pointing it out!
